Terms and conditions for registrants

This web site and ticket purchase form constitutes a legally binding contract and our terms and conditions take precedence over those of any other organisation in every case.

Payments & confirmation of booking

All payments must be in pounds sterling. Vat is applicable to all purchases at the uk prevailing rate. Once we have received details of your paid booking, we will send you an email confirmation.

Cancellations & changes to bookings

Launch48 LTD regrets that no cancellations are acceptable, and therefore no refunds are payable. However a substitute delegate can be nominated, or alternatively the option to transfer the ticket to the 2012 conference can be made available. If this is the case, please send your requests by email to [email protected].

After the programme of the conference is announced, Launch48 LTD reserves the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers without prior notice. Such alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control and once the changes have been made, we will inform all the delegates.

Where circumstances force cancellation of the conference in its entirety, Launch48 LTD will make every effort to offer a full refund to each paying delegate.

Speakers

Views expressed by speakers are their own. Launch48 LTD disclaim any liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates.

Filming & photography

There may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event. Accommodation overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Delegate access & dietary requirements

We make every effort to ensure that our events are accessible and enjoyable for all our delegates, and we always provide a vegetarian option for lunch. If you have any other dietary requirements or would like to discuss any access or specific requirements you may have, please inform our events team at the time of booking on [email protected]

This privacy policy applies to any information acquired by and/or provided to Launch48 LTD including but not limited to: information provided through use of the website; information provided during the course of orders, transactions and bookings; information provided through enquiries or by the completion of any request and or invitation for information. Launch48 LTD may gather information about you when you use our website.

Launch48 LTD recognises that your privacy is important to you. The information you submit to Launch48 LTD, and the the inspire conference will be kept confidential and secure once received. The information will be processed by Launch48 LTD or on its behalf under strictly regulated conditions in accordance with the provisions of the data protection act 1998.

By registering for this conference and disclosing personal information to Launch48 LTD and the inspire conference you consent to the collection, storage and processing of information in the manner described in this policy. Please note that your continued use of the Launch48 LTD and the inspire conference website and/or products and services constitutes your agreement to any changes to this policy and the website terms and conditions of use.

Launch48 LTD will only disclose this information in the following circumstances:

2. Where there is a legal obligation;
3. Where there is a public duty; and
4. In connection with the assignment or transfer of all or any of its rights and obligations to any of its group companies or to any other third party.
